Is my Information Secure when Shopping at Shirts of the World? Yes, we consider your personal information to be of paramount importance and take security precautions to the very best of our ability. For our online store we use Shopify to administer our entire website and shopping cart functionality. Shopify powers over 100,000 online retailers including General Electric, Amnesty International, CrossFit, Tesla Motors, Encyclopaedia Britannica, Foo Fighters, GitHub, and more. How is my Payment Information Treated? We do not EVER see your charge card number or paypal account number. We have no storage of your charge or paypal numbers. In short we never see your account numbers. That information is secured by either Shopify as our merchant processor or by paypal as your selected merchant processor.
What is Shirts of the World? I came to this website via Ireland Shirt, Italy Shirt, Greece Shirt etc... Shirts of the World is the parent holding company for several independent country brands. For example, Ireland Shirt is an independent company and brand that rolls up to the Shirts of the World parent company. Ireland Shirt has its own branding, products, employees and messaging but is also part of the Shirts of the World family of Brands. This is very similar to how Athleta and Old Navy are part of the Gap family of Brands.
Do You Have Physical Store Locations? Our primary sales channel is online. We process all returns through a USPS partnership. You can view our full Return Policy by clicking HERE. We have sales people in both New York City and Washington D.C. We do not operate a physical retail store, YET. However you can find our clothing in stores such as Italy Magazine.
I'm a little leery of "Online Stores". Are you a reliable shipper? Yes, we are fanatics about on-time shipments. We believe the ultimate conveyance of trust is in the shipping and returns process. We ask for 3-5 business days for standard shipments to arrive. However, we strive to beat that with all our shipments. On most occasions your order will ship on the Same or Next day that your order was placed. You will be notified with an email that your order was shipped and its related tracking number. You'll even get a sweet discount for your next order.
